This duo workshop offers you the chance to enjoy a hands-on experience on the potter's wheel together, under the personal guidance of an experienced ceramist.

What to Expect

This private duo session introduces you to the basics of wheel throwing, perfect for beginners who are eager to try something new in a supportive and relaxed setting. Together, you'll learn the fundamentals, including how to center the clay and shape simple objects like cups and bowls. The session is designed to let you both experiment, learn at your own pace, and enjoy the creative process side by side.

Your instructor will be there every step of the way, offering guidance tailored to each person. Afterward, your instructor will take care of trimming, glazing, and firing your pieces in a glaze of your choice from the Lodewa glaze library. The finished works will be ready for pickup in about 3–4 weeks.

Practical Info:

Wear comfortable clothing that can handle a bit of clay, and please trim your nails before arriving for a smoother experience.
